These Terms of Service govern your use of the Trimen Landscape website at trimenlandscape.com and any services you request from us. By using our website or contacting us for services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
Trimen Landscape provides commercial and residential landscaping services in the greater Tampa Bay area, including but not limited to new construction landscaping, design and build, artificial turf installation, landscape lighting, tree and palm installation, commercial maintenance, and landscape clean-out and removal.
All services are subject to a site assessment and written proposal before work begins. No work will commence without a signed agreement.

2. Estimates and Proposals
Site visits and estimates are provided at no charge. All proposals are itemized and provided in writing. Pricing is specific to the scope described in the proposal. Any changes to scope during a project will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
We do not provide verbal-only commitments on pricing or timelines.

3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written proposal or service agreement. We accept payment by check and major credit cards. A deposit may be required before project work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.

Late payments may be subject to a service charge. Trimen Landscape reserves the right to pause or suspend work on accounts with outstanding balances.

4. Scheduling and Access
By requesting services, you authorize Trimen Landscape to access your property for the purpose of completing the agreed scope of work. We will provide reasonable advance notice before scheduled visits.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on the scheduled timeline. Delays caused by weather, material availability, or factors outside our control will be communicated promptly.

5. Plant Material and Installation
Trimen Landscape uses top-graded plant materials and follows industry-standard installation practices. However, we cannot guarantee plant survival after installation due to factors outside our control, including weather events, soil conditions, irrigation, and client maintenance.
Any concerns about installed materials should be reported to us promptly. We will review post-installation concerns on a case-by-case basis and work in good faith to address legitimate issues.

6. Limitation of Liability
Trimen Landscape is licensed and insured. In the event of damage to property caused by our crew during the course of work, we will work with our insurer to resolve the issue appropriately.
Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the value of the work performed under the applicable project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number when requesting services, you consent to receive SMS messages from Trimen Landscape related to your project, including scheduling, estimates, and project updates. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Website Use
The content on trimenlandscape.com is provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our website content without written permission. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Trimen Landscape will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
